The district is well served with a number of Solicitors with expertise in this area. The cost of a professional drafted Will is not prohibitive and can often be agreed in advance. Solicitors will tell you that they get more money out of those who died intestate i.e. without a Will, than those who have given thought to how they wish their estate to be administered. If you die without a Will your property may not go to those whom you would like it to. For those with larger estates careful consideration also needs to be given to advice with regards to reducing Inheritance Tax liability.
